Communal Prayer in a Season of Isolation Anglican Parish of Clevedon
For all services throughout Easter please go to the Services tab in the menu above.
Over centuries, the church has maintained a sense of connection with those at a distance by sharing in common worship: reading the same scriptures and following the same liturgies. We find ourselves in a strange season, seeking to remain connected while living in isolation. This resource is an attempt to draw us together in prayer, while remaining at a physical distance. The text in this resource comes from ‘Morning and Evening Worship’ in A New Zealand Prayer Book – He Karakia Mihinare o Aotearoa. You can print this (as a booklet if you have the technology) or simply open the document and follow along.
If you have access to the internet, worship will be streamed on the parish Facebook Page at 9.30am on Sundays. (You don’t need to be a Facebook user to watch the live stream. Just click the X in the login prompt box and it will bypass.) Please continue to pray for each other in the parish, for our leaders and those working to keep us safe. If you are in need of pastoral care or would just like a chat, be in touch with Sarah on 09 5329361 or 021 024 53783
